Sleep consulting work follows a pattern — families engage for weeks or months, and your practice benefits from consistent tooling throughout those engagements. Annual billing keeps pricing simple, avoids the admin of monthly payments, and lets us focus on building the platform rather than chasing subscriptions. At less than £125/month, it's a genuine investment in your practice infrastructure.
A dedicated 1-hour setup session where we configure your branding, import your methodology preferences, set up your intake questionnaire, and walk you through the platform. You'll also get a follow-up check-in call after your first case, plus priority email support during your first month. For the founding cohort, the £299 onboarding fee is waived entirely.
There's no limit on the number of families in your workspace. Whether you're working with 5 families or 50, the pricing stays the same. We want SleepBase to grow with your practice, not penalise you for taking on more clients.
Your annual plan includes a generous AI assessment quota designed to cover a full-time caseload. If you consistently exceed it (which would mean you're running an exceptionally busy practice), we'll work with you on a fair top-up rather than cutting you off. We'll always give you notice before you approach your limit.
Yes. If SleepBase isn't right for your practice, you can cancel at any time. We'll provide a pro-rata refund for unused months. We'd rather you leave on good terms than feel trapped. Your data is always exportable, so there's no lock-in.
SleepBase is built with privacy by design. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on UK/EU servers, and processed in compliance with GDPR. We never sell or share your data or your families' data. You own your data — always. We take the responsibility of handling family information as seriously as you do.
Absolutely. You can export all your case data, assessments, protocols, and reports at any time — not just when you cancel. Your data belongs to you. If you decide to leave, everything comes with you. No lock-in, no hostage-taking.
No. Families access the portal, complete intake, log nightly data, and view their protocols at no cost. SleepBase is a tool for your practice — families benefit from it through you. There are no hidden charges for the families you work with.
